Elks Drug Awareness Program Webinar

The Elks Drug Awareness Program made it possible for Ray Lozano to conduct webinars to over 734 students from 4th – 12th grade, teachers and Elk members from the Carbon County Montana Unified School District. Ray brought his knowledge and humorto these “live” webinars and educated the students on the dangers of vaping, JUULS,alcohol marijuana and making healthy drug free choices.

10/28/2020-1-2pm (MST) - 9th-12th grades, Carbon County, MT Unified School District, 17 West 111th St. Red Lodge, MT 59068- 153 students, 8 teachers in attendance, 2 Elks members, Alcohol/Marijuana webinar. 

10/29/2020–12-12:45pm (MST) - 4th-5th grades, Carbon County, MT Unified School District, 17 West 111th St. Red Lodge, MT 59068- 152 students, 8 teachers in attendance, 3 Elks members, Healthy Drug Free Choices webinar.

10/30/2020–12-12:45pm (MST) - 6th-8th grades, Carbon County, MT Unified School District, 17 West 111th St. Red Lodge, MT 59068- 112 students, 9 teachers in attendance, 2 Elks members, Vaping/JUULS webinar. 

 

 

 

MISSION VALLEY ELKS LODGE #1695

RAY LOZANO TOUR

March 21- 23, 2018

 

The Elks Drug Awareness Program made it possible for Ray Lozano to speak to over 1870 students from 2nd – 12th grade, parents, adults, teachers, administration, community members and local Elks members in Ronan and Polson, Montana. 

Ray and his daughter Brooke brought their knowledge and humor to the stage and educated the audience on the dangers of vaping, tobacco, how to stay drug free, alcohol and addiction and the impact it has on our bodies, minds and others, during this 3-day event.

Ray and Brooke presented to William K. Harvey and Linderman Elementary schools grades 2nd- 4th, Polson Middle school and Polson High school. Ray and Brooke also conducted two evening parent trainings one located at William K. Harvey Elementary school and one at the Mission Valley Elks Lodge # 1695. 

This tour was made possible by an ENF Beacon Grant.



Elks believe that the youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. With that in mind, the Elks Drug Awareness Program reaches out to youth of all ages and backgrounds.
